My Company HQ gives a small business the operating structure of a large one: virtual departments, defined roles, scheduled meetings with minutes, documented procedures and measurable routines — all in one secure workspace. Here is what setting it up looks like.

Create your workspace

Step 1

Create your company workspace

Sign up with your email from the home page and your workspace is created immediately — no confirmation waiting period. Add your company name, logo, address and About Us in Settings so every document, invoice and meeting minute carries your branding.

Step 2

Choose your departments

Pick the departments your business actually needs — from Administration, HR and Operations on the Basic package, up to all ten departments plus the AI Content Planner on Advanced. Each department becomes its own workspace with tools tailored to it.

Step 3

Invite your staff and set roles

Invite team members and scope their access per department. Staff punch in and out with the Time Tracker, while attendance and hours are recorded for payroll and reporting. Sensitive Administration pages stay limited to owners and admins.

Step 4

Run meetings, tasks and SOPs

Schedule one-off or recurring meetings, generate an AI agenda from the meeting title, join through Zoom, Teams, Meet or the built-in Rabeet Joint room, capture audio notes, then file PDF minutes and email them to participants. Upload your SOPs and the platform generates the daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks they imply, with reminder emails.

Step 5

Track performance and grow

The Operating Cadence keeps recurring checklists resetting on schedule, the KPI progress dashboard aggregates completion by department, and Smart Goals roll up into a strategic scorecard. On the Advanced package the AI Content Planner and Business Growth Strategist help you market and plan.
